A custom-built electronic newsletter allows the website owner to easily send multiple HTML emails to their list of users quickly and efficiently.

How It Works

Our Electronic Newsletter application is comprised of a custom designed newsletter template, an administrative area for the website owner to add new newsletters, an image uploader and a mass email distributor.

First we discuss your specific newsletter requirements and build a template using a layout and graphical palette you approve. This template will be the format all your newsletters appear in.

We then build an administrative area where you can login and add new newsletters and send them out to your email list in one simple step. This area is highly customizable and will vary depending on what your newsletter needs. Common basic newsletter attributes include: welcome text, headline one, article one, image one, headline two, article two, image two, closing statement, etc.. When you add a new newsletter, you fill out a web-based form to add your specific data and add images.

You will then be able to preview the newsletter online and click a button to send yourself a test email. When you're satisfied, you click a "send newsletter" and the newsletter is sent to everyone in your email list.
