As discussed in our print example, Consumer's Auto Alliance was a multi-facet client who we provided print, web, multimedia, hosting and duplication services for. To get a better understanding of the complete concept, be sure to review the print example.

Now that the print and video pieces were complete, we needed to develop a way to show auto dealerships the video the consumer would receive, the promotional event concept and get them to purchase an event package.

Logic House Media developed an online package consisting of:

• A simple public website for users who may have reached the site on their own, without one of the sales team contacting them. The single public page very briefly described the concept and instructed the user to contact a sales team member via 800 number.

• A private presentation website, unreachable to the general public, where the Consumer's Auto Alliance sales force could show prospective dealerships the consumer video and walk them through the sales event concept. Because the print packaging designated a particular dealership sponsoring the event, not the video itself, it was important to keep the video content away from the general public. We used a password protected login system that would allow the user to watch the presentation and return for a period of 3 days.

• Lastly, we developed an administrative area for the site where: a) sales team members could login, submit a purchase order, including all dealership information. We developed a nomenclature to automatically indicate which sales team member made the sale and those numbers followed the order all the way to the dealer's door. b) the Consumer's Auto Alliance executive staff could login, track all sales team members' sales numbers, purchase orders and aid in the print and CD manufacturing process.

CAA Example

We started the multimedia presentation with a short intro including exclusive Logic House Media produced music track. The intro was basically a short sales pitch to help get the dealership excited about the event.

The presentation was designed to accompany a sales team members' phone conversation with the dealer. Immediately after the into, the sales team member would give the password to the site (which was electronically tracked to know help the executive staff know which sales reps were getting dealers to the site).

After entering the password, the entire video included in the DVD mail piece started playing. The sales team member would walk the dealer through their sales presentation, using the online presentation as an outline to help guide them through the process.

Once the sale was made, the sales team member could login to the administrative and create an electronic purchase order while the dealer was on the phone.

This live example has been modified to exclude certain things the business owners wanted to keep private. To login, use the password "crusty".
